Hotel Rooms & Flight fares are subject to availabilty and may change any time.

Note that in case the hotel is not available we can give you the similar hotel.

Non refundable and non changeable booking once booking is done.

Once Initial deposit paid against the booking or package is non refundable.

It must be noted that the grant or refusal of a visa is at the sole discretion of the Embassy and our company is neither involved in the process nor is liable or responsible in any manner whatsoever for any delay in processing or grant or rejection of the visa application of any applicant by the Embassy, which reserves the right to ask for further documentation and to refuse the visa application.

Passport should have at least 6 months of Validity when traveling abroad .We will not be responsible if guest passport is expired and denied boarding.

Any kind of Dispute is under Jurisdiction of Noida.

TRAVEL IN MY BUDGET shall in no way be held liable for any delay in response from the visa authority about visa acceptance or rejection by the authorities.

TRAVEL IN MY BUDGET shall make best efforts for timely delivery of the passport to the client before the date of departure of the tour. However, TRAVEL IN MY BUDGET shall not be liable for any delays or loss of passport for reasons beyond its control as TRAVEL IN MY BUDGET relies on third party vendors for such services. In the event of any cancellation of tour due to delay in delivery of the passport or rejection of visa,TRAVEL IN MY BUDGET shall be entitled to recover cancellation charges from the client as per the term herein.

*Package Cancellation Policies*

1. Booking date before 60 Days prior to departure or at the time of booking the package- 30 % of Package Cost.
2. Within 60-45 Days prior to departure - 50% of Package Cost.
3. Within 45-30 Days prior to departure - 75 % of Package Cost.
4. Within 30 Days prior to departure - 100% of Package Cost.

If Visa gets rejected due to any reason , we shall not be held responsible for the same as it's the discretion of Embassy whether to grant or reject the Visa of the customer . Cancellation policy shall be applicable.The initial amount paid against the package at the time of booking is entirely non refundable under any circumstances.
